Allmax Nutrition Low-Fat Apple Muffins

Start your week on a good note with these delicious low-fat apple muffins 🍎

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of rolled oats

- 1 apple

- 2 scoops of Isonatural Pure Whey Protein (vanilla)

- 4 egg whites

- 1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt

- 2 tbsp of turbinado sugar

- 2 tsp of cinnamon

- ½ tsp of baking powder

- A pinch of kosher salt

Instructions:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF

2. Rub coconut oil onto a muffin pan to prevent sticking

3. Combine and mix the ingredients in a large bowl

4. Divide the contents evenly amongst 12 muffins

5. Bake for 18-20mins

6. Let the muffins cool down for 10mins

7. Enjoy before or after the gym!
